The roast venison was extremely tender and tasty, the price-performance ratio is excellent. The ambience is not my thing.

I can only recommend! Despite full occupancy, the guests were not left out in the rain and searched until they had organized a few places! Great praise, you rarely experience that in the current Corona time! And the food was delicious!

I had a Wiener Schnitzel and it was more crust than anything else, it wasn't particularly tasty.

The food was very tasty, but there was not enough service. We were there at dinner time, the nice lady was alone with a boy (son?), The restaurant was full. Both were friendly but as a guest you expect better service. Long waiting time while eating, the glasses were empty no one came. When paying, I told the lady that the food was great but that you have to work on the service. Then she asked "why, I'm just alone". Other guests also complained beforehand. Conclusion- If the service is expanded, it works. Food was definitely delicious. Had roulade and the house pan.

We spent a wonderful evening here. The food is great and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and fulfilled every special request. The price / performance ratio is good. We will be back when we are in the area again.

After some consideration, we have decided to have dinner in the "Auerhahn". I was looking forward to the Schäufle, which was rated in past reviews as almost perfect. My experience is: warmed up the day before is culinary just bad. Do not get me wrong! Great sauce and good (ready) dumplings are not negligible, but the dry meat breaks the food. Ambience: unfortunately zero. ? Addendum: I have received an answer to my review, in which factually addressed my criticisms. Very good and thanks for that! On my next visit nearby, I will give me another impression and then like to increase the rating.

The worst farmer's breakfast of my life. Loveless! Potato slices almost not available, very much small parts recognizable. Spiced badly and just clapped in a egg shell and served with greens. Impossible! Actually, no star should be forgiven. Grotty performance!
